Shipping and delivery

Order processing

After payment is confirmed, the order enters processing. Items in the same order may ship separately when they are dispatched from different locations.

Europe

Tracked Standard delivery is free throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days after processing. Express delivery costs €10 and is also estimated at 6–10 business days.

United Kingdom

Tracked Standard delivery is free, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days after processing.

United States and Canada

In the United States, Standard delivery costs US$8 and Express delivery costs US$15. In Canada, Standard delivery costs CA$10 and Express delivery costs CA$18. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for Standard and 7–12 business days for Express.

In the United States and Canada, Standard delivery is free on orders over $50 in the market currency. Express delivery remains paid.

What you will see at checkout

Before payment, checkout confirms the available options, price and delivery estimate for the address provided. When free Standard delivery applies, the shipping charge is shown as zero and no additional shipping fee is added after the order is completed.

Tracking

When tracking is offered by the carrier, we send the number as soon as it becomes available. Some updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address and delivery

Check the address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Taxes and customs

The conditions above refer to shipping. Any applicable taxes, import duties or customs charges follow the destination country’s rules and are disclosed at checkout when supported.
